Tina primer is actually a bonder or base coat. Must be cured in an LED or UV light system. Used before the Builder gel or polish application and after nail dehydrator or pre step.

An essential step when doing shellac or gel nail applications on toes or nails. Aids in Gel/Shellac better adherence less breaks and lifts over time.
