Apply small amount of Lily nail dehydrator to the natural nail and cuticles before you apply your base coat or bonder gel. No need to cure, just air dry.
Following this step apply a thin coat of the bonder/base coat then cure for 60 seconds. Then shellac or builder gel.
Nail dehydrator or pre-step is used to absorb and rid the nail and nail bed of excess oils and moisture. It helps to balance the PH levels of the nail and skin and removes dust and debris.
